I. A 24/7 accessible and efficient technical service hotline is established to ensure prompt responses to technical support needs for our products. 
II. Services offered 
1. Immediate remote technical support; 
2. For cases requiring on-site technical services, we commit to providing a solution within 2 hours of receiving the call and dispatching a service engineer to the site within 24 hours.
3. Lifetime paid maintenance services are offered. 
Within the one-year warranty period: original spare parts are provided for free repairs or replacements, should the issue be attributed to product quality.
