The LPMV series high-voltage frequency converter is a new generation of frequency conversion and speed regulation device independently developed, designed, and produced by Jiangsu Lipu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. The system is controlled by a dual DSP+FPGA three core processor, using high-performance vector control technology or enhanced VVVF control technology and the most mainstream power unit series connection technology. With the company's meticulous production process, it is developed into a frequency conversion and speed regulation product that combines high reliability, excellent performance, easy operation, and easy maintenance. Suitable for speed regulation and energy saving of fans and pumps with voltage of 3KV&6KV&10KV and power of 300KVA~2000KVA, it has been widely used in many industries such as power, cement, coal mine, chemical, metallurgy, steel, and environmental protection.

● By adopting a dual DSP+FPGA collaborative control method, high-speed computation and parallel processing of logical data are achieved, ensuring the real-time, efficient, and reliable performance of the system.
● Adopting high-performance space voltage vector control technology or enhanced VVVF control technology to achieve high output torque and fast dynamic response of the system. The use of phase-shifting transformers to form a multi pulse rectification method greatly improves the current waveform on the grid side, making the relative harmonic content of the input current less than 1.5%, directly meeting the harmonic suppression requirements of IEEE519-1992
● Standards. In addition, the input power factor can reach up to 0.96, eliminating the need for additional input harmonic filters and power factor compensation devices.
● The multi-level carrier phase shifting technology controlled by SPWM is adopted to superimpose the fundamental phase of the output and cancel out the harmonics, thereby achieving a voltage output waveform of approximately perfect sine wave after multiple power units are connected in series. The relative harmonic content of the output voltage is less than 1.8%, so there is no need to add an additional output filter.
● Equipped with instantaneous power outage restart function: When the power grid is interrupted and then restored, the machine can automatically return to the operating state before the power outage. Strong adaptability to grid fluctuations, when the grid voltage drops to 65% of the rated value, The device is still functioning properly.
● System can switch frequency converter worry free: In case of frequency converter failure or maintenance, the motor can be switched worry free to the power frequency circuit to ensure that production is not affected. Bypass cabinet (optional)
●Equipped with advanced fault bypass function and neutral point offset technology: When a power unit fails, it can automatically monitor the fault and start the bypass circuit, so that the unit is no longer in operation, and the program It will automatically perform a local neutral point offset algorithm to ensure that the output three-phase voltage is still symmetrical and the frequency drop is small, ensuring that the operation of the motor is not affected.
● Stable and reliable dual circuit control power supply configuration: The control power supply is provided by the user with a three-phase 380V AC operating power supply and a 380V power supply output through a high-voltage transformer. The two power supplies are backup to each other, ensuring worry free internal operation
● Automatic switching; At the same time, there is a UPS backup power supply (30 minutes) to ensure the safety and reliability of the control system. Flexible operation: The frequency converter adjusts the acceleration time or limits the motor operating frequency based on the current load current of the motor, thereby limiting the current and achieving the function of overcurrent during the acceleration process. Frequency reduction of frequency converter Adjust the frequency reduction time according to the magnitude of the bus voltage during the process, in order to achieve the function of not overvoltage during the frequency reduction process.
● Current limiting technology: When the frequency converter is turned on and running, if the current exceeds the limit value, the increase in current is limited by frequency reduction until the current is below the limit value, and the frequency converter returns to normal operating frequency
●Transient peak current control technology: The system can effectively solve the problem of repeated tripping caused by the collapse of high temperature fans in cement production enterprises, ensuring the safety and continuity of user production.
●Overvoltage stall technology: During the frequency reduction operation of the frequency converter, when the motor generates electricity and the bus voltage rises, the frequency converter automatically prolongs the frequency reduction time to prevent shutdown problems caused by bus overvoltage.

●Fiber optic communication technology: Fiber optic communication is used between the power unit and controller to further enhance the real-time communication of the system. The high and low voltage parts are completely electrically isolated, greatly increasing the system's anti-interference ability.
