Quick response, take the lead
The entire series adopts instantaneous reactive power theory, with controller response time ≤ 1ms and full power response time ≤ 5ms. It is particularly suitable for situations with strict requirements for reactive power response time, such as steel rolling, steelmaking, lifting and impact loads
Diverse modes, moving according to one's heart
It has multiple operating modes to meet the diverse needs of users, with various operating modes available; Constant device reactive power mode, constant assessment point reactive power mode, constant assessment point power factor mode, constant assessment point voltage mode, load compensation mode, can be converted to online operation mode, and operation curves can be prepared according to customer needs.
Negative sequence suppression, balanced system
There are a large number of three-phase unbalanced loads in the distribution network, typical of which are traction loads of electric locomotives and AC arc furnaces. At the same time, the imbalance of three-phase impedance in transmission and distribution equipment such as lines and transformers can also lead to voltage imbalance problems.
SVC can quickly compensate for the negative sequence current generated by load imbalance, always ensuring the balance of three-phase current flowing into the power grid, greatly improving the quality of power supply and consumption
Harmonic control to ensure safety
The device can effectively compensate for 13 or fewer harmonics, with a compensation rate of up to 92%, thereby effectively avoiding the misoperation of protection and safety automatic devices; Effectively avoiding harmonic waves and harmonic current amplification in the capacitor bank, causing overload or overvoltage of the capacitor, and even burning out; Solved the problems of increasing transformer losses, causing transformer heating, power equipment heating, unstable motor torque, and even damage; Avoiding accelerated insulation aging of power equipment that can easily cause breakdown, reduce production efficiency of arc furnaces, increase losses, and interfere with communication signals.
Long distance power transmission, loss reduction and voltage stabilization
Installing SVC devices on long-distance transmission lines can not only compensate for reactive power losses, increase line voltage, and improve effective transmission capacity under normal operating conditions, but also provide timely reactive power regulation, damping system oscillations, and improving transmission system stability in the event of system faults
Complete protection and worry free use
The protection strategy includes three levels: device level protection, device level protection, and system level protection
The action time limit of device level protection shall not exceed 10us. In case of overcurrent, overvoltage or abnormal driving signal of the device, protection can be quickly implemented
The action time limit of device level protection is 0.5-1ms. When abnormal working conditions such as overload or high DC voltage are found in the device, protection is implemented.
The action time limit of system false protection is 5-2000ms. When abnormal working conditions such as system voltage loss, high system voltage, and cooling system failure are found, protection is implemented.
Accurate compensation, turning penalties into rewards
Many sites will inevitably incur fines for power regulation fees due to the power factor being lower than the requirements of the power supply bureau at the assessment point. SVG can adjust the reactive power compensated by the device in real-time based on the power factor target value set at the assessment point, ensuring that the power factor at the assessment point remains stable at the set target value. This eliminates the occurrence of power grid instability caused by fines or overcompensation for power factor non-compliance, and also eliminates economic losses caused by overcompensation or under compensationFull process recording and intelligent analysis
The main control system not only monitors input current and voltage in real-time, output current and voltage, and displays their waveforms, but also performs harmonic analysis on each phase voltage and current, helping users grasp various electrical parameters of the equipment.
Black box recording, accurate diagnosis
The equipment has the function of automatically recording the operating status and displaying, which can view the current, voltage, and operating frequency of a total of 200 points (100ms) before and after protection, facilitating daily maintenance and rapid abnormal diagnosis.
Module design, simple and fast
The power unit, power supply, main control system, secondary wiring, etc. adopt modular design, which is convenient for large-scale production and on-site installation and maintenance.
Early warning, worry free operation
The main control system monitors and displays the temperature of each power unit in real-time. When the temperature of multiple units exceeds the set alarm value, an audible and visual alarm is given to prompt the user to handle it in a timely manner to avoid problems such as cooling fan jumping and filter blockage
Rich interfaces, plug and play
Equipped with Ethernet RS485、CAN、 High speed optical fiber and other communication interfaces, supporting MODBUS-RTU ProfiBUS、 Electricity CDT91 protocol Communication protocols such as IEC61850-103/104 and CANOPEN protocol can be customized by users, enabling remote monitoring and unmanned operation.
Online safety regulations ensure safety
The external shell of the entire series of air-cooled equipment is designed completely in accordance with safety regulations, and has the characteristics of being operated on cables and easy to maintain. When the equipment is running with electricity, there is no need to shut down or cut off the power. Operation and maintenance personnel can directly replace the filter cotton entering the phoenix window, perform on-site operations, and view operating data on site.
Multi machine collaboration, worry free expansion
SVG has an interface for parallel operation of multiple devices, which can meet the requirements of on-site: 1) The existing compensation capacity is insufficient, and when expanding and adding equipment, multiple SVG devices can operate in parallel through master-slave control. Collaborate multiple devices for compensation, like a single device, achieving worry free expansion; 2) In normal operation mode, each SVG operates independently. In fault operation mode, multiple machines automatically switch to parallel operation mode for collaborative compensation.
Extreme fearlessness in high and low crossing
When the voltage of the user's main power supply drops, instantaneously increases, or when the plant power grid switches under heavy loads, within the range allowed by national standards, SVG can quickly and automatically operate normally after the power grid is restored, without the need for personnel operation, enhancing the adaptability of the power grid, and can adapt to different depths of Uo (100% -0%) power grid drops
Voltage flicker fluctuations can be suppressed
When the load changes rapidly, voltage fluctuations and flickering phenomena are prone to occur, such as in electric arc furnaces, rolling mills, oxygen stations, and flat air compressor units. The control power supply adopts two voltage standards: 380VAC, 2200VAC, or 220VDC, and the two power supplies are online hot standby for each other; If one power supply experiences a power outage, the other can be seamlessly switched, and the control power supply will continue. At the same time, the relay protection circuit will alarm and HMI (human-machine interface) will display which power supply has experienced a power outage.
Cabinet anti-interference electromagnetic compatibility
The entire cabinet adopts anti-interference design and has passed EMC tests such as electrostatic discharge immunity test, surge (impact) immunity test, radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity test, and electrical fast pulse group immunity test conducted by national authoritative institutions.
